In addition to Westpac, the Regional Retail Brands in the Westpac Group portfolio (consisting of St.George, BankSA and Bank of Melbourne) also launched personalised pricing, offering customers an individual rate based on their credit score. The personalised pricing quote form was a Westpac-only build, and customers applying for loans with the regional brands would be given a personalised rate as part of the application process. An eDM campaign was launched for existing regional brand customers to inform them of their personalised rates and prompt them to complete an application.
